Which region speed is the fastest?
The network speed in each region is different. You need to select the suitable network of the corresponding region that will give you the fastest connection.
Is there any traffic restriction?
Aox VPN has no traffic restrictions. However, please note if your device is not connected to internet, you will not be able to use any of the VPN software.
Is Aox VPN safe?
Yes, Aox VPN is safe. In terms of privacy and data protection, Aox VPN adopts OpenVPN protocol and 256 bit ECC encryption technology. No personal information is required, zero logging guarantee, and built-in ad blocker to keep you free from ads.
Method 1: Create a new account (Strongly Recommended)
It only takes a minute to create your new "Hong Kong Apple ID account", and it will be easier to download our AoxVPN or others various foreign applications!
Step 1:Go to Apple's website and create an Apple ID: (https://appleid.apple.com/account)
Step 2:Enter your personal information according to the field. Select "Hong Kong" in the Country/Region. In addition:
Step 3:After key in all the information, it will direct to email verification.
Step 4:After entering the email verification, you will direct to mobile number verification.
Step 5:If you are in the login and security page, it means that your Hong Kong Apple ID has been successfully registered.
Step 6: Open the App Store, click the icon at the top right of the windows.
Step 7:Scroll down to the end of the page, and select "Sign Out".
Last Step: Login to the Hong Kong Apple ID you just registered, select "Sign In", do not click "Done" at the upper right corner.

Method 2: Modify the account region (Recommended)
It only takes a minute to switch your Apple ID to Hong Kong region to download. Note that if there is subscription content in your account, please choose another method!
Step 1:Go to Apple's website (https://appleid.apple.com/account),Enter your Apple ID and Click "Sign in".
Step 2: After login successful, select "Personal Information" at the top right drop-down menu.
Step 3:Select "Country/Region" at the personal information page.Enter your Apple ID and Click "Sign in".
Step 4: Select "Change country or region" on the Country/Region page.If you are prompt that you cannot change the Country/Region, please use other methods to download.
Step 5:Please fill in the relevant information as described below::
Select Update.If the payment method can't be empty, please use another method to download.
Step 6:Open the App Store, click the icon at the top right of the windows.
Step 7:Scroll down to the end of the page, and select "Sign Out".
Step 8:Login to the Hong Kong Apple ID you just registered, select "Sign In", do not click "Done" at the upper right corner.
Last Step: When you find that the store content has changed to traditional content, this means you have successfully switched to Hong Kong region.
Method 3: Use a public account
Step 1:Open the App Store, click the icon at the top right of the windows.Do not login on the iCloud page and settings page. Otherwise "the phone will be bricked".
Step 2:Scroll down to the end of the page, and select "Sign Out".
Step 3:After logging in the Apple ID, the security page will prompts. Remember to click "Other options", if there is no such prompt, please ignore.
Step 4: In the prompt, select "Do not upgrade", if there is no such prompt, please ignore.
Step 5:Use the Public Hong Kong Apple ID below to login according to the previous four steps, password are case sensitive, it is recommended to copy and paste directly.
If the public Apple ID is not available, please clear the browser cache and refresh the page.

Step 6: When you find that the store content has changed to traditional content, this means you have successfully switched to Hong Kong region.
Last Step:Once download is completed, in the App Store page click the icon at the top right of the windows then scroll down to the end of the page, and select "Sign Out". After logging out of the public ID, login to your Apple ID, and the content can be switched back to simplified content.

Please first check whether the Apple ID region you log in is Mainland China, or if you have just switched other regions, Apple may not have completed the information synchronization.To solved this: Logout of the Hong Kong Apple ID and download again.
Authentication failed
This error scenario will occur when you have used Apple ID A to download VPN, and then use Apple ID B to update the version.To solved this: Delete the old version and reinstall the new version.
This app cannot be purchased now
This may means that there is an older version of AoxVPN on your phone, which has conflict with the App Store version.To solved this: Delete the old version and reinstall the new version.
This app is no longer available
Quick connect VPN is no longer available
This may means that there is an older version of AoxVPN on your phone, which has conflict with the App Store version.To solved this: Delete the old version and reinstall the new version.To solved this, closed everything and reset your setting. Select "Allow" to add AoxVPN in your setting.
Download successfully, but cannot connect to all regions.
If you encounter such situation, this means after the download, when you first opened the APP, it prompt whether you want to add AoxVPN in your setting, you selected "Don't Allow".To solved this, closed everything and reset your setting. Select "Allow" to add AoxVPN in your setting.
